Clarion Hotel Casino Implosion
There are not many hotels in the budget category left in Vegas. The Clarion had been a choice for last minute travelers for a while now so it is not such a big loss but the more budget inventory that leaves Las Vegas, the more the median price will rise.
The implosion did not go as planned. As You can see the elevator column stayed upright. Looks like they might have underestimated the strength of that section.
